Position: Tableau Developer
Location: Boston MA
Duration: 12+Months

Utilizing your Tableau domain experience, you will provide reports and dashboards to provide our business partners with strategic reporting solutions. Key responsibilities include:
- Work closely with the business and technology teams to understand business and technology reporting, objectives and requirements, and execute accordingly
- Apply subject matter and technical expertise to report specifications and design analysis process to deliver technology based Tableau reports

- Provide technical expertise, to include interfaces and interrelationships with other applications and systems for data and data mining

- Manage data and report exceptions, including researching data problems, resolution and communication to business partners on issues identified and remediation efforts

- Ensure adherence to our development methodology and standards to deliver technology solutions that balance business needs and cost with technology requirements related to flexibility, maintainability, scalability, resiliency, performance, and security

- Present results of analysis and/or recommendations to business and technology leaders
- Manage analysis, testing phases and gain appropriate owner / stakeholder sign-offs

You should have good understanding of front office business processes in capital markets and/or investment management, as well as a solid understanding of the underlying data elements across a wide range of asset classed (equities, fixed income, and derivatives). You should have a good background in managing requirements and testing, solid communication skills and the ability to be comfortable establishing influencing relationships with senior business and technology executives.

Preferred Qualifications

• Understanding of dimension model with facts and dimensions.

• Ability to manage multiple, competing priorities

• Tableau certification
