javax.mail.SendFailedException

Hi
I worked with weblogic 8.1 sp4 and i create mail session but
i receive this error message any one can help me?

Sending failed; nested exception is: javax.mail.SendFailedException:
Invalid Addresses; nested exception is:
javax.mail.SendFailedException: 550 5.7.1 Unable to relay for
r_shankar2001@80ebb5

i gave these information on that mail session.

Name : mymailsession
jndi name : mymail
mail.store.protocol :smtp;

if the receiver and sender id r_sh...@localhost.com or hotmail.com
all such cases server thrown error, but i 't given any domain but it
will not reply any error,how can i know my jsp work fine. where my
sending message will store.
