changing the jvm arguments from the admin console in WLS 9.0

I want to change the jvm arguments and classpath from the admin
console.
I found out about the 'Server Start' section in the admin console, but
it doesn't seem to have any effect if a startup script is used (and
not a node manager, like in Medrec).

server re-start (both node manager and startup script) ??
