Wierd issue with ApplicationLifecycleListener postStart

Hello All,

I have a wierd issue with ApplicationLifecycleListener and the
postStart method and weblogic calling it. i am using weblogic 9.2
my issues is, i have a Listener that is called just fine in 2 of my
environments (DEV and DIT) but the same code, the postStart is not
being called in UAT and PROD and hence some of my starts are not done
and my app does not work the same on few modules.

any insight on why this could be happening. what would i be missing in
the other environments.

Please help!!!
