Title: Testing lead (URGENT NEED)
Location: Simi Valley, CA
Duration: 6+ months
Job Overview:
Technical
Strong Understanding of MF system, Services base architecture, and
distributed systems. Preferably worked on any SAP system
Preferably worked on FSCD system. Resources with any ALSB ( or any
other ESB) experience with background on Data Power would be a great
plus
Domain
Strong understanding of Insurance and billing domain with SAP is
preferred
Core expertise:
Should have experience in leading a conversion testing project in past
preferably on SAP and /or a billing. Should have successfully lead a
team of 20 members on a testing project. Hands on experience on
structured testing processes and standards. Should be able to create
test strategy, plan, test reports, test scenarios, traceability
matrix, dashboards, effort estimations model. Have good understanding
of testing design(Risk based testing, pair wise) for testing a batch
oriented system. Have good understanding of metrics, reporting,
dashboards and defect management processes. Should have capability to
do effort modeling using Capgemini's effort models. Exposure to
automation will be an added advantage
Soft Skills:
Should have lead a team of at least 20 people. Strong consulting
background with test delivery experience. Should have excellent
written and communication skills with and client facing skills.
