• Attention to detail with reports and plans
• Can multi-task and work under aggressive deadlines
Description:
We are looking for candidates with superior Project Coordination
skills. The ideal candidate would have over 10 years of project
experience. Application knowledge required includes PowerPoint,
Excel, Word, and Project with Visio being optional. Skills required
include project planning, status reporting, meeting management, issue
tracking and resolution, financial spreadsheets, all with attention to
detail. The successful candidate will be capable of handing multiple
priorities and working under pressure to meet project deadlines.
This individual will be responsible for the preparation and
maintenance of various Project Coordination/Administration/Management
deliverables for a specific program. This would include maintenance
of program plan, project, and program status reporting, and
preparation of periodic reports for senior management on project
progress. They will assist project managers in the tracking of their
budget and actual expenses related to plan.
Candidates MUST have experience in the following areas:
• IS Financial services experience is mandatory
• OTC Derivatives Exp
• Proficiency with MS PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Project is required,
while Visio is optional
• Bachelor's degree or higher
• Self-Motivated & works well independently
• Strong Communication Skills - outgoing and assertive
• Attention to detail with reports and plans
• Can multi-task and work under aggressive deadlines
Daily Activities:
• Manage program plan and update with actuals
• Follow-up with project managers on current status
• Prepare status reports for various levels that track progress,
program milestones and highlight significant issues
• Interface with multiple project leads and central Finance teams
