REQUIREMENTS
¨ Ideal candidate possesses a degree in information science,
business administration or other applicable degree.
¨ 5-7 years of content-focused business analysis experience related
to web or intranet applications.
¨ Experience with enterprise information architecture and meeting
integrated content delivery requirements desired.
¨ Knowledge of enterprise web content management and publishing
systems, with experience documenting publishing and content process
workflows.
¨ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
¨ Ability to learn new products, systems, applications and
technologies.
¨ Leadership and teamwork skills.
¨ Strong analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills.
¨ Creative and strong customer-oriented mindset.
¨ Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines,
prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment on multiple projects
simultaneously with great efficiency and attention to detail.
OTHER PREFERRED SKILLS
¨ Product and/or project management experience.
¨ Knowledge of web applications.
¨ Knowledge of Web 2.0 and social media technologies.
¨ Knowledge of user interface design.
¨ User research experience.
¨ Familiarity with EMC Documentum, Microsoft Office SharePoint
Server (MOSS 2007) and BEA/Weblogic portal 8.2.
