Hi, I've started using weblocks with few month lisp experience but I had much programming experience in other languages.

So required not much lisp experience but you can do only trivial things in it and will stuck with tricky or complex stuff.

Then more experience then more hard problems you can solve.

Also I'll be glad to help with some problems and to point you into the right way. We can get some information useful to community in such way.
