So, as the clock turns I've returned to my dormant web project. I am not a designer, and was hoping to make use of some of the new fangled tech in the area of design frameworks, namely twitter bootstrap... so I have two principal questions:

1) What is the accepted best practice for replacing/overriding the default css and js that is built into all the automagic stuff that weblocks does with forms and grid editing and so forth?

2) I was googling around for weblocks + jquery and came across https://bitbucket.org/nunb/weblocks-jquery/src which looks like it has been largely untouched since 2009... what is the status of jquery in a weblocks backed application?

Many thanks for any advice and/or answers!

Hi, I use weblocks and jquery in my projects. Repository with jquery code is here https://github.com/html/weblocks-jquery .
For the practice don't know which is accepted but I've started work on weblocks twitter-bootstrap theme
It does mostly monkey-patches and overrides some css in requests. I've built my first payed weblocks project with it, project uses my weblocks-jquery library and some other own libs.
Can show project for interested people in private messaging. Example of twitter-bootstrap grid in attachment.

Well, that's promising. Glancing through your repositories, I don't see any guidance about how to go about using these parts. Any examples you could give of using bootsrap and jquery in custom weblocks widgets would be greatly appreciated!

Well, now that I've read through the second project, I see that it is an example application. Mea Culpa.

I've not used twitter-bootstrap-application as standalone app. I've updated readme with use example.
My application is not in github repository, it is in private bitbucket repository.
I'm going to send you archive with it if you agree to redistribute it with my consent.

I misunderstood, yesterday. I would be grateful to see your code, of course I will not distribute to anybody.
