Installation troubles

When I run (weblocks:start-weblocks) after following the instructions
at http://trac.common-lisp.net/cl-weblocks/wiki/ObtainingAndInstalling
and http://trac.common-lisp.net/cl-weblocks/wiki/UserManual, it starts
listening on port 8080, but refuses to actually serve any pages:

$ wget -O - --save-headers http://127.0.0.1:8080/weblocks-demo/
--05:28:44-- http://127.0.0.1:8080/weblocks-demo/
=> `-'
Connecting to 127.0.0.1:8080... connected.
HTTP request sent, awaiting response... Read error (Connection
reset by peer) in headers.
Retrying.

I'm running the following versions:

SBCL 1.0.19-gentoo
Latest asdf-install version of all the dependencies listed on
ObtainingAndInstalling
Weblocks stable changeset "1556:efc83a14156b"

What steps should I take to debug this problem?

please try using clbuild instead.
