The solenoid valve is plumbed to an existing lift truck hydraulic function. When the button is depressed the solenoid valve changes the direction of the hydraulic fluid from its original function to the additional function.

Check the harness between pedal to go through the engine and also check the connector in the right step and the connector in left step to computer

I have a forklift Raymond Model is 4450 and the error code 1c is show me in the dash I unpluged and pluged the battery but samething I have and when I want to go reverse the speed will be too slow or will stop the forklift.

I am so far from the big city and it is not easy for me to ask dealer to solve this issue because they will ask 4 to 5 heurs distination charge.
We have a Hyster forklift and while driving along the forklift will cut off and show a code 8976 and this is a safety issue because the forklift has to coast to a stop because the brakes inop when it cuts off.
check the switch and wiring the hood for code 204 the hood has a switch on it to disable operation if it is not closed,
and code 208 check the battery:
make sure the battery is filled and fully charged and has no problems in any of the cells

error codes 260 for low voltage to pump motor :
you have checked both of the pump motor cables and checked the pump motor for continuity, I would start with checking pump cables for short to frame. Does the truck drive? If not check for the voltage drop across the main contactor. If all checks OK. You probably need to replace the controller

Malfunction of the start switch circuit. Check for open circuit or loose connections in wiring from the key switch to start switch and from P16 to start switch.

The code 61 is a steering error, outside of the steel brushes being bad the relay on the steering controller may not be closing causing the problem. maybe the relay is bad or wiring to the steering controller.
my yale mpw065sen12t2748 pallet jack keep stopping after about 15 seconds. After reboot, it will lift and move then suddenly stop again. The error code it shows is 33. What could it be and how can I correct it?
Yale ERC040ZGN48TE084. No mast functions and codes are 144 (Transistors did not shut off) and 141 ( Pump control temp too high).
Can jump to the ground that goes to lift motor and motor runs. Is it time for a control box for the lift motor?
I have a Hyster (sit-down) Forklift E60XN-33 throwing error code 12832. Everything operates properly from my observations. It was reported as having a steering and braking issue. I drove it for an hour without consequence. Any ideas?
The EP107 is not alarmed code, this is most likely the Model and software versions that flash on display when first turning on the machine.
Alarm codes are ALxx codes generally for zapi control systems.
If it is not displaying any codes on the display gain access to the controller and look at it, there should be a light flashing on it, see if it is flashing in any pattern. The pattern will probably be in intervals showing the 2 digit code, flash x number of times, pause for a sec and then flash the 2nd digit, then pause for 3 or 4 secs or so and repeat.
I am having the same issue with my Yale Stacker forklift. Continues to beep in motion forward and backwards. When I first received it, it only beeped in reverse. Code 213 comes up when it is first turned on

Error Code 522660-1 appeared on the screen. Tool light came on for a while. Then went off. Now it is flashing once in a while. Forklift continued to run just fine. What does this mean and what is needed for repairs?

I have an electric lift truck , yale m# erp040thn36te084, while driving the operator said that it would not function, lift, tilt, or side shift and reported that there is an error code on the display. 208 is the only thing it shows, no dash, no other numbers or symbols, except for the flashing red wrench.

Aloha, I have a Crown C5 we had for about 3 years now and this is the first time this error came on and we can not move the lift. The error says park. PARK BRAKE EREOR. Is this something simple or easy way to repair or fix this.
We have Hyster D456T05451T, and time after time we get this code on screen 141A02. Forklift is mowing very slow and not lifting up the forks. After day or two this problem is gone and all work perfectly, Any ideas?
This code indicates a loss of communication between the system manager and the pump controller through the Canbus.
check your connectors at the VSM and the hydraulic controller. The wires you need to check are the green/ yellow twisted pair. And also there could be a failure in one of the controllers.
Limited traction performance until code is cleared. The brake is activated when the engine stalls. Reason TA detects that the traction motor has stalled for 5 seconds. Tests to Run Use the service key and test the traction motor encoder by scrolling to the RPM display (D) in the diagnostic screens and command the motor to run. The displayed value is the engine speed as reported by the TA.
We have a TCM 4-way reach forklift model FRB25-8M and I am getting an error code 508.I think it has something to do with the electric power assisted steering as it is very hard to steer.Would anyone know what code 508 is for?
