Job Title: Senior AI Engineer
Location: Remote
Eligibility: GC or U.S. Citizens Only
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy machine learning and deep learning models to solve business challenges.
Develop, fine-tune, and deploy Large Language Models (LLMs) for use cases such as chatbots, summarization, and question-answering.
Implement prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and optimization techniques to enhance model performance.
Collect, clean, and preprocess large datasets for model training and evaluation.
Build and optimize algorithms using frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
Develop and maintain scalable AI pipelines and production-ready systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, engineers, and stakeholders.
Evaluate model performance using appropriate metrics and continuously improve accuracy.
Implement NLP, computer vision, and predictive analytics solutions as needed.
Monitor deployed models, troubleshoot issues, and update models with new data.
Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and ethical AI standards.
Stay current with emerging trends and advancements in AI and machine learning.
Required Qualifications:
10–15 years of experience in Machine Learning, Data Science, AI, or related fields.
3–5 years of hands-on experience developing and deploying LLMs.
Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or C++.
Expertise in ML/DL frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.
Experience with NLP, deep learning, and model deployment in production environments.
