Job Description – Sr. Java Full Stack Developer

Title: Sr. Java Full Stack Developer
Location: Chantilly, VA (100% Onsite – Local Candidates Only)
Interview Process: 2 Rounds (Teams + In-Person)

Experience: 10+ Years Preferred

Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Java Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in React.js and Oracle PL/SQL. The ideal candidate should be a hands-on developer and strong coder with experience building modern web applications and working with microservices-based architectures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with stakeholders to understand business and user requirements and convert them into technical solutions.

  • Design and develop responsive web applications using React.js as the primary frontend framework.

  • Maintain and migrate minimal legacy components built using Angular.

  • Collaborate with UX/UI teams to implement high-quality user interfaces using React, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

  • Write and optimize Oracle PL/SQL stored procedures, functions, packages, and triggers.

  • Support backend development using Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and REST APIs.

  • Integrate frontend applications with backend services to ensure efficient data exchange.

  • Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and Agile ceremonies.

  • Troubleshoot and debug complex application issues.

Required Skills

  • Strong experience with React.js (Hooks, Redux, Context API).

  • Strong expertise in Oracle PL/SQL, including complex queries and performance tuning.

  • Solid working knowledge of Java and Spring Boot.

  • Experience building and integrating RESTful APIs and Microservices.

  • Basic understanding of Angular for maintaining legacy components.

  • Experience with Git and version control systems.

  • Familiarity with Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence.

  • Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
