Role: Salesforce Lead - No H1B's

Location – Hartford , CT (mandatory) or Dallas TX,

FInal round will be in Hartford , CT  or Dallas TX,

  • 1 year minimum Lead experience in an onshore-offshore model.
  • 8+ years of minimum Salesforce related experience building and architecting complex applications
  • Experience in Sales cloud (5+ years)
  • 5+ years LWC, Aura experience.
  • 5+ years of Apex & Visual Force.
  • Proven Admin experience.
  • Strong in Devops tools like AutoRabit.
  • Must be very strong in integration projects.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce AgentForce including setup, configuration, and optimization of AI-powered agent workflows.
  • Experience integrating AgentForce with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and external systems for automated case handling and agent productivity improvements.
  • Good written & verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in agile methodology
  • Must understand the requirements clearly and articulate it well in design
  • Must be able to facilitate meetings to resolve issues/problems with a win/win result.
  • Demonstrate experience communicating complex architectures and roadmaps to senior business leadership
