Auto-populating Websitrano deploy message with latest SVN revision message

Was wondering if there is the capability to force the Webistrano
deploy message to be the revision being deployed's SVN commit message?
(Even better would be the concatenation of all of the commit messages
from SVN since the last deploy.)
This can't be that hard, just issue the command(s) to grab the latest
SVN revision (and possibly some previous commits) commit message and
shove it into the Webistrano deploy message field.
Has anyone done this and could perhaps point me in the right
direction?
