Webistrano 1.5 Beta

I just pushed some long overdue updates and patches to Webistrano and
merged most pull requests.
Among minor fixes and updates, the main change is a switch to using
Bundler and and update of all bundled resources (like updating
Capistrano to the latest 2.6.0 and Rails to 2.3.11).
As this switch changes how Webistrano is setup, it would be great if
you could test the latest master:
$ git clone git://github.com/peritor/webistrano.git
$ cd webistrano
$ bundle install
$ ruby script/server

Once 1.5 is out, I'll see that Webistrano updates to Rails 3 and some
of the permission patches are merged.
