Call macros with Visual Basic

Hello, there is a running page with javascript starting various macros with parameters on raspberry. 

I want to integrate that in a bigger solution. For that reaseon i need to write a interface software. (using Visual Basic) 

Actually i'm unable to acess it with get and post commands.

Please how can i do that.
