How to make webiopi working with raspberrypi 4.1.14-v7+?

Dear sir.
I had bought:

CanaKit Raspberry Pi 3 Complete Starter Kit

But when I install webiopi, I get those errors, I cannot start it
pi@raspberrypi:~/WebIOPi-0.7.1 $ sudo /etc/init.d/webiopi start
[....] Starting webiopi (via systemctl): webiopi.serviceFailed to start webiopi.service: Unit webiopi.service failed to load: No such file or directory.

Linux raspberrypi 4.1.14-v7+ #4 SMP PREEMPT Wed Mar 23 15:30:13 UTC 2016 armv7l GNU/Linux

And I search Internet cannot find any answer?
Do you see the same issue? How to fix it?

The  sudo ./setup.sh is success:
pi@raspberrypi:~/WebIOPi-0.7.1 $ ls /etc/init.d/webiopi
/etc/init.d/webiopi

You can succeed if you install webiopi for  Raspberry Pi 2 .
Try this:

$ cd /home/pi

$ sudo wget http://sourceforge.net/projects/webiopi/files/WebIOPi-0.7.1.tar.gz

$ sudo tar xvzf WebIOPi-0.7.1.tar.gz

$ cd WebIOPi-0.7.1

$ sudo wget https://raw.githubusercontent.com/doublebind/raspi/master/webiopi-pi2bplus.patch

$ patch -p1 -i webiopi-pi2bplus.patch

$ sudo ./setup.sh

I am using Raspberrypi 3. I followed your steps, but i couldn't able to change GPIO direction.
