It's already been asked a few years ago but I'm looking for an OS that's browser first just like what Webian is.

Hi Grover,

Webian is not really under active development I'm afraid, though its spiritual successor is the proposed WebThings OS as part of the WebThings project. This includes WebThings Shell which is based on Webian Shell, but for touch screens rather than a desktop OS, as an implementation of my vision of a smart building operating system.

I often think I would like to re-visit Webian as a web-based desktop operating system, especially now that Chrome OS is apparently being merged with Android, but it's not something I currently have any time to work on.
