Minor tweaks to group settings

Two things:

1. This group was set to moderate all new messages. I’ve turned that off in the hopes of sparking more discussion at the risk of possibly getting more spam. But getting spam in the moderation queue was very rare so hopefully this won’t be a problem.

2. Message subjectss are now prefixed with [webhooks] instead of [Evented Web]
