Can't add fields when creating webhook

For some reason I can't add fields when selecting an action. See the screenshot...

Any ideas why this might be happening?

Solved! If anyone runs into the same thing, it's a PHP7 compatibility issue with the Hookpress plugin. Download this one for a working fix...
