I have seen some articles where KCacheGrind can show the memory usage
from cachegrind output? Is this possible in webgrind? Or would it be a
possible feature enhancement?

No. Webgrind analyses callgrind profiles generated by Xdebug. These
files does not contain information about memory usage, so that is not
possible.
