work with webGL

Hello dear!

I have two ecercicios and I would like to use them webGL.

1- Do point-to-point mapping of a country and point to a wallet like coinbase.

2-The user can mark a point and describe what is in it, for example: A person on the street. So in that region the system will be able to map by the perimeter that the user puts how many marked points there are.

Can you give me an example of how to do this?
