I want to test the enable-privileged-extensions under firefox
http://alteredqualia.com/tmp/webgl-maxparams-test/ told me I have:
     WebGL Renderer: Mozilla
     WebGL Vendor: Mozilla
     WebGL Version: WebGL 1.0
Shading Language Version: WebGL GLSL ES 1.0

     Unmasked Renderer: ANGLE (Intel(R) HD Graphics Direct3D11 vs_5_0 ps_5_0)
     Unmasked Vendor: Google Inc.

I add Firefox 50.0.1 vesion  under Control Nvidia Panel to Hight Perform...

The settings of wbgl also I make is:
  •  webgl.force-enabled to true.
  • layers.acceleration.force-enabled to true
  • layers.prefer-d3d9 to false
I expected to see something about NVIDIA 740 M but is ANGLE (Intel) my integrated laptop video card.
What is wrong? This is a bug webgl under Firefox?

You can also check which GPU Firefox will use by navigating to about:support.

We should generally be using the dedicated GPU for WebGL, so it's either a bug in Firefox or misconfiguration of your driver settings.

Since this is an issue with Firefox, you should create a bug at https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/ . If it doesn't end up being a bug in Firefox itself, that's fine.

The firefox told us is not reason to make active GPU2 because will be set into default by resources.
I don't know how , but this is the answer.
This issue is solve for the moment.
Thank you Jeff, I deal with this.
