Chrome apparently does not support WebGL on a new MacBook Pro

Works fine on Firefox, but not Chrome.

WebGL on Chrome works great on my MacBook Air 11, as does Firefox and even Safari (developer mode).

Which version of Chrome are you using?

I have 15.0.874.121 running WebGL on a Macbook Pro w/10.7.2.

Could you please try either the Chrome Beta channel (Chrome 16) or Canary?

I vaguely remember there was a bug (possibly in Chrome 15) where more
AMD cards were blacklisted than should have been.

The bug is caused by a racing and was fixed in chromium top of tree; unfortunately we didn't make it to chrome 16 due to stability concerns.

A quick fix is to disable certain extensions in Chrome (for example, AdBlock), and restart chrome, you should have WebGL back.

I used to have the same problem, in my hackintosh (oops, yeah) using
10.5.8 I thought it was because of old stuff, but then I downloaded
latest build of chromium and it rocks the way out. So it's an
interesting fact i didn't know the existence of a blacklist of video
cards in Chrome 15.

After some test, i found my problem.

Chrome check flags. chrome://flags/

disable the Disable WebGl option.

I don't know how it is enabled, maybe after some update.
