Exported my data from Excel in a .txt tab separated values file, then renamed in Notepad to remove the .txt and change it to .rnk. File appears fine and is recognized as an RNK file by my OS, but it's still being rejected with the error message "ERROR: The format of the uploaded ranked list is incorrect. Please make sure the file contains two column of gene IDs and scores."

Any idea why?

Hi,

You have several values that are not converted correctly by Excel as "#NUM!". Deleting them from the file made it work.
