for some reason my rnk file has errors in webgestalt. can someone give me a template for how the .rnk file should look? Thank you

Hello,

The format for the RNK file is two columns separated by a tab. The first column is the gene/protein/etc and the second is the ranking metric. Below is a short example:

I also attached a full rnk file.

You can usually copy-paste from excel into webgestalt if you are using the website (webgestalt.org). There are also examples that you can view.
