ERROR: No IDs are mapped. Please check your input.

Hello everyone,

I have done some ORA with KEGG and GO:BP on Webgestalt 2019 in the past. The input .txt files contained ensemble gene IDs. In Webgestalt 2019, I had no issues, but with Webgestalt 2024, the same approach produces the error:

"ERROR: No IDs are mapped. Please check your input."

Does anyone have an idea what the problem is?

Could you share 10-20 IDs that are in the list? We did update the mapping files, so that could be a reason. Although I wouldn't expect the update to affect all of the IDs you have.
