Which FDR method did you put in ORA?

Dear Dr. Liao,

I used your program http://www.webgestalt.org/ to run ORA, what method did you use for FDR correction? It is just a question from a paper reviewer.

Hi Alex,

There is an option for it in the expandable "advanced parameters" section in the submission form. But if you didn't change it, it should be "BH" or Benjamini-Hochber.
