"cannot upload database file" with msigdb .gmt

Hello,

I am trying to run ORA with an uploaded gene signature database file, namely c7.immunesigdb.v2024.1.Hs.symbols.gmt 

However, I get the following error message upon submission of the job:

"cannot upload database file"

I am guessing it might be due to the file size, since the same process worked with a relatively smaller .gmt file, c8.all.v2024.1.Hs.symbols.gmt

What can you tell me about that?

Hello,

We do have a limit for uploading files to the webserver. This is most commonly met with GMT files as they are usually fairly large files. If you would like to use this custom GMT file, you would have to use the R package. Installation instructions can be found here: https://bzhanglab.github.io/WebGestaltR/.
