Hello, I am currently trying to do GSEA/ORA for pathway analysis, yet am getting some trouble with uploading the input file.

1) GSEA
For GSEA, I keep getting error
'/var/www/html/webgestalt/uploads/_test_20190429_PAF_A549_Global_<8d><9d><84>_averaged by mean_ALL PROTEINS_GSEA input_test trial_1556608025.rnk' does not exist."

I have opened and checked the input file with excel, but there weren't any problems when opened there.
I saved the excel file to a .txt (tab separated), then changed the file name to convert to .rnk format.

2) ORA
For ORA, I get error:
"No genes are mapped. Please check ID type or organism."

I double checked the ID type and organism but this wasn't the problem.

For both cases, instead of uploading the file, I tried pasting the same data and it worked fine.

Would there be a way I could solve this? This error seems pretty new as I haven't had this error in the beginning of this month
I have attached below the input file i have used and a screenshot of the parameters I have assigned

Thank you in advance!

Hi Jiwon,

Sorry for the inconvenience. We just added user input validation before submission last week. For your ORA job, there was a bug in handling uploaded file created in Windows with "\r\n" as newline characters. For the GSEA job, if you remove the Korean characters it will be fine. We may support internationalization in the future.
