GSEA with normalized counts as input?

Does WebGestalt (2024) allow for normalized counts input as per the new model from the Broad institute or is it only the pre-ranked method? If not, is this something you aim to include in the future, e.g. to be able to visualize heatmaps with sample-specific values?

We currently only support pre-ranked inputs. However, we are working on improving the visualizations on the result page, and we will definitely consider adding this feature. Thank you for the suggestion!
