How to create the rnk file

 I am doing the miRNA network analysis analysis,Noe i have the gene and expression value in xls format, can any one tell me how to create rnk file from xls file format

Hi Mathavan,

Save as your xls sheet as a "Windows Formatted Text (.txt)" and then change the file extension to the "rnk".
