Hi,
I am trying to upload my .rnk gene set, but it keeps giving me the error message: The majority of the input gene list does not have two columns. I use the write.table function in R to create .rnk file
header:

Hi Sascha,
Please use tabs to separate the columns. I think that is the problem.
