Calculated Pvalue of 0.00000 e+00

I am using the web gestalt API for R. One of the sets of data I run through ORA for BPs reports a pvalue of 0 for one BP.  I know, based on analyses of other similar table that this one BP is highly significant. Is there any way to extract the appropriate Pvalue for this BP in r?

It is from R. Basically means smaller than 2.2e-16.
