Different output same input-DOSI

Hi, 

I am using a gene list with FC values assigned to each of the genes. Surprisingly, the output differs drastically when i input a random list vis-a-vis a pre-ranked list wherein I sort the columns by values. The content of the list remain the same, nor do the assigned FC values to genes are altered in any way. Nevertheless, the output changes. The values of Enrichment scores, FDR, p-value all change. Also, the number of significantly enriched categories changed drastically.
