Webgestalt for non-model organisms

Good Morning everybody

I'm new to this field and need to functionally annotated and enrich for pathways using Webgestalt. Is there perhaps a tutorial on how to generate or where to find the necessary files/databases needed (ie. Functional database and Set file) to run on the platform.
