[webgen-users] Documentation updates

I'd like help update the documentation for webgen. Maybe I'm just
dense, but it took me hours to figure out this simple fact:
styles.scss needs to be named styles.scss.css for it to actually get
processed.

Did I completely miss something in the docs? Anyways, I think I can
tweak the homepage so this is a bit more apparant. Maybe add an faq.
What do you think?
