[webgen-users] Minor documentation bug

Hi Thomas,

There is a minor typographical error in
doc/contentprocessor/kramdown.page in webgen commit
a3c74909b893d8f693c1cd778c79338f5865e840 where it says "[relocatble
tag]" rather than "[relocatable tag]" (missing 'a').
