webgen 1.5.0 and later

After being away from doing new things with weben, I installed a new copy on a new computer.

Running "webgen version" results in 1.5.1 being returned.

There was no announcement here for 1.5.0 or 1.5.1. I'm curious about what changed.

I have some 0.4.* and 0.5.* sites that I want to upgrade to the latest.

I'll see how that goes.

See the release notes at https://webgen.gettalong.org/news.html - just
some changes to allow cache busting and a new CSS minifier.

One thing that isn't clear from the different release notes in the news page is what the source changes need to be to upgrade to the new versions.

Or what other steps there are to upgrade.
