Google: Update host-meta file to XRD 1.0

Hi,

While implementing a PHP WebFinger API I noted that
https://gmail.com/.well-known/host-meta still uses an old XRD format:

> <hm:Host xmlns='http://host-meta.net/xrd/1.0'>gmail.com</hm:Host>
instead of
> <Subject>gmail.com</Subject>
as the XRD 1.0 spec dictates: http://docs.oasis-open.org/xri/xrd/v1.0/xrd-1.0.html#element.subject

I'd love to see this fixed.
