Folks,

I tried to accurately reflect all of the suggested editorial and technical
changes.

The only "technical" changes were:
* Removal of the "expires" member from the JRD object
* Introduction of the application/jrd+json media type

Please have a look over this version and let me know if you find any issues.
If there are none, we may be set to move this along.
