I'm looking into developing guidelines for project engagement and came
across http://agilealliance.org. Their founding principles seem
honourable, but what do you think about the concept? Is it a bit too
utopian? Do you think it's possible to work on these principles or
would they deter you from joining a project?

I've also found the IP Australia website (http://
www.ipaustralia.gov.au/smartstart/overview.htm) that has a heap of
tools and resources from creating confidentiality agreements to
applying for international trademarks. It does adopt the traditional
line 'seek the services of a qualified individual' (i.e. IP lawyer),
but gives enough away to be useful nonetheless.
