probable BUG in call to dispatchCommand

I believe there is a bug in how the dispatchCommand is called that can allow pages to be served even with an invalid prefix. I submitted an issue on github for how this happening, how I discovered it, how to reproduce it, and my less than optimal code for fixing it.
