How to connect Mainframe Db in selenium Webdriver

HI All,

I have to connect Mainframe DB to Selenium Webdriver. I dont understand how to do it, Even i tried google also for help but having hard luck there. Can anyone please help me.

Selenium is NOT what you need here. Selenium is a UI automation tool that helps you interact with your web application over a browser.

Thanks krishnan for your reply. I can understand that this is not possible with selenium. But is thr any way around because this is very critical for me right now. Do we have any developer here in this group who can help me out?. I am thinking to create a UI which will directly interact with mainframe and fetch the data. Don't know wthr it is possible or not but any help from anyone would be appreciated. I know this is not related to web driver forum but hoping for any helpful reply.

Stop asking people who know how to do website automation how to access a mainframe database. Go search for someone who knows how to access a mainframe database and ask them to help you. If you don't know where to start, google for something related to the name of your database, mainframe and language you are using.
