Wait for Upload File in WebDriver

Hi 

I have a scenario where i need to upload the file , driver.sendKeys is working fine but AUT takes time to upload file and i am not able to find a way to make script wait for upload 

Please help

After Upload you might get some confirmation message..why not wait for such element by using Fluent Wait...

No there is no Such confirmation and behavior of not showing pop up is expected one by Business

If you were manually testing the application, how would you know the upload has completed? Can you automate that? If you cannot detect the file has finished uploading manually then file a defect that it is a poor user experience.
