Webdriver Alert getText returns null ( possibly when multiple window are present )

Hi All,
We are facing this issue -- where we are having multiple window,
and the last window opens up a popup alert,
Webdriver can detect the alert - via switchTo().alert() mechanism.
But the getText() on that alert is returning null.
This does not happen for generally.
Any help will be appreciated.

Got the same issue even in the newest selenium 2.42.2. Could you solve your issue?
