Different TLD's

I'm probably missing something but how do I add a zone with
a .com.COUNTRY_ABBREVIATION ? There seems to be no facility for adding
something like that, but it seems so obvious I can't quite believe it.

Have you looked at the list of allowed TLDs in config/conf.php?
