What is the Web Devout logo? My best guess so far is an arrow pointing
in the desired direction of the Web (forward). Is this correct?

That's correct. If you need a deeper meaning, the two dots represent
publicly perceived eras of the Web (so-called "Web 1.0" and "Web 2.0")
and the logo indicates movement beyond them. Mostly, I just wanted to
make the logo simple and recognizable and express progression.
