Responsibilities
Problem management in the Workday integrations that have already been implemented. Enhancing the existing Workday integrations keeping in mind the changing business needs. Sustenance of implemented integrations which will involve incident management, batch management and change request management. Applying cost effective TCS project methodologies to suggest and implement cost saving initiatives in Workday. Miscellaneous responsibilities in gathering data for Client reporting purpose and SLA metrics
Project Summary
Delphi has implemented Workday HCM solution to replace existing HR application. This project is executed in multiple waves across various geographies. TCS is responsible for sustenance and maintenance of all the integrations that were implemented as part of this move from legacy HR applications to Workday. Given below is the scope of this project.
• Monitoring (24X5 Support window
& need basis support during month-end payroll interface run)
• Scheduled report generation in Workday
• Workday direct integration with 3rd Party
• Support of the data delivery to the target
applications – both inbound & outbound from Delphi ftp server
• Discretionary work as requested through change
requests as Minor Enhancements (ITSR)
• Determine technical viability of changes and
impact to integrations
• Enhancements to in-scope integrations
• ITSR will follow the same development cycle currently
followed by other applications.
• Preparation of new Custom reports to generate
integration data.
